- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dog had an accident while I was away, she cut her wrists from broken glass from a window that she had broke. So I called for the emergency team when I got home and we met at the vet. Ect. Her care taker was rude, he took her weight and said she'd be there all night. The next say they were refusing to give me my dog back until I paid them a portion of the bill, with no warning or written agreement the night before. The receptionists were very rude, I asked for my dogs medical records and she rudely declined, and said I won't get them until the bill is fully paid.
